Since I don't have little kids around anymore, I will post pictures of our funny little girls.

While I was talking to my parents on the phone yesterday, I heard Abby come in from outside, I looked down at her, and saw this:

Evidently she had been rolling around in the leaves. What you can't see are the pine needles barely hanging off of her sweater on the other side. I'm not sure how she got through two doggy doors with pine needles intact.

And I'm so glad I caught this before she walked around the house too much and rolled around on the rugs and in their blankets, because I have learned from experience that leaves are a mess to clean up.

And this is how I found Hailey the other day:

I can see exactly what she's thinking: "I know I'm not supposed to be in mom's favorite blanket. Maybe if I sit very quietly she won't see me."

Yeah, right.

But she was so cute, I just left her there.

She's definitely got the puppy dog eye thing down.
