[9/3/12] Birthday party in the "hood."

Every year sometime between the girls' birthdays in April and June, Kam and Kailen have a birthday party for them, although this year's was held a bit later (like at the end of August). They always have an annual theme and dress the girls accordingly. They make a cake, and the girls get to eat a little bit. (I think it's just a good excuse to make a cake!).

This year was a ghetto theme - "Da' Girls in Da' Hood." Kam and Kailen made them little hats and then put one of Kam's blingiest necklaces on them.

As you can tell, the girls were thrilled:

Even though they didn't enjoy the photo session, they did enjoy their cake:

And we enjoyed watching them. They always seem to survive our torture pretty well. :o)

I hear that next year's theme is a Mexican theme with sombreros.

Should be fun!
