Since graduation.

Graduation caps are so not flattering.
I've had several people ask me since I graduated what I'm doing with all my free time.

I just chuckle.

Because I really haven't had any free time.

In fact, I think I've been busier in some ways than when I was in school, although it's a different kind of busy, if that makes any sense.

I was totally not expecting that.

I thought I'd have a couple of weeks before "real post-graduation" life set in to read and watch movies and sleep.

Need the sleep.

That soooo did not happen.

But it's all good.

The first two weeks after graduation I helped Kam get ready to move to Virginia, did some pretty heavy projects for John (a lot of excel work was involved, which gives you a headache after awhile), did some articles for my new job, and tried to get some things marked off the "After Graduation To-Do List" that really needed to be done.

It was a crazy two weeks.

Since returning from taking Kam to her new job in Virginia, things really haven't slowed down. I filled in a couple of days a week as the receptionist at John's office after the receptionist we had returned to BYU-Idaho and the receptionist that is going to be working for the summer was finishing up her semester at UGA.

Now that she's finished and working (Yeah!) I'm going to be working at the office two days a week for John doing stuff for him (and at home on an as-needed basis or when he's out of town, because why would I want to go into the office to work if he's not there?), and doing my new writing job. Which I'm totally loving!

Totally.

And I'm feeling so blessed to be able to do what I love to do--write--and I can do it at home.

In my pjs, or sweats, or yoga pants.

So blessed.
