Yes.
I have two study buddies. One of the girls will come up to me and paw my leg, so I'll put her in a dog bed on a chair beside me. Soon, the other girl comes and does the same thing. And since we must always be Fair, I put the other one in a dog bed on a chair on the other side of me. Because if I were to put them on the same side, there would be a fight. There is some jealousy, you see. They are so much like little kids.
And they are still wearing their lamp shades because we just barely got over the bajillionth (it feels like) case of yeast in the paws because they're allergic to something in the grass. We're hoping that the winter will kill that something long enough for them to get over their allergy. If not, we get to do another treatment. All the time. And it's not really cheap. So we're hoping the winter will cure this allergy. It's been awesome. That little spray bottle on the table is our second bottle of "YUCK! No Chew Spray." And it is aptly named. I got some on my finger one day and didn't realize this until I touched my mouth. YUCK! would be an understatement. It is nasty! And even the fumes are nasty! Hailey does not like it so it deters her from licking and chewing on her paws. Abby, however does like it. Of course. Silly dog.
And do you see that pretty pink binder there? Yes, I still love my pink binders. It's still the small things that are so fun in life! (Remember this post?) I stocked up last year and will have enough pretty pink binders - +1 - to get me to graduation.

I'm in week 6 of 14 in Crazy Semester #1. Next week will be the half-way point! Woohoo!!! The semester is going really well, much better than I had thought. Yes, it's crazy busy, but I was expecting that. My Scary English Midterm was last week and went better than I expected. ;o) I've been receiving loads of Tender Mercies in my schoolwork and in life, in general, and I'm so very thankful for those. And even though next semester - Crazy Semester #2, and The Finale of My Undergraduate Experience (!) - will be just as busy, I can really see the light at the end of the tunnel.
And that light looks bee-you-ti-ful!
