[8/23/12] A real chocolate milkshake.

When Diane and I go to Sam's Club together we take turns treating each other to one of their 4 Berry Sundaes.

They are so good!

Last time it was my turn to treat, and when I was waiting to order our Sundaes I noticed that they had "Chocolate Milkshake" on the wall menu.

So I asked the associate if their chocolate milkshakes are made from chocolate ice cream or from vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup mixed in.  Because the latter option is not a real chocolate milkshake in my book. It's vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup mixed in. So not chocolate. Kind of like fake chocolate. And not even remotely worth consuming the calories to drink one.

The associate (who looked at me like that was just the strangest question. Ever.) said that yes, they use chocolate ice cream.

*Cue angels singing*

Hallelujah!!!

Do you know how hard it is to find real chocolate milkshakes? Wendy's Chocolate Frosty fits the bill, and Dairy Queen offers one also. Burger King, In-N-Out, Chick-Fil-A, and McDonalds? Fake.

Yes, I've done my research.

So.

Tonight John and I were by a Sam's Club and decided to go get a chocolate milkshake after we were done eating dinner.

And it was heavenly.

Absolutely heavenly.
