I can't remember if I've already posted this. I probably should keep better track of these things, but I guess it never hurts to have a little reminder from time to time. :o)

Anyways, when I would work with clients, they would often get frustrated because they were eating healthy but not losing weight.  Often it was because they were simply eating too much, which is pretty easy to do.
