What? Why should I exercise for more than 30 minutes?



Make sense?  

It does to me. 

And 30 minutes really isn't that long. It's only 1/48 of your day. It's only one sitcom. Or 10ish songs. Or a couple of really good stories between friends.

Think of all the fat you can burn if you exercise for 45 minutes? Or an hour?

Wow.

Pretty good return on your investment, if you ask me.
