This is the view from my kitchen/eating area window this fall. This is where I do my schoolwork.
Isn't it beautiful?
In the winter it's pretty bare, but in the spring it's all a-bloom.
I'll post another picture in the spring.
In the summer the leaves are so thick you really can't see the houses behind us.
I'll post a picture in the summer, too.
I love to sit here and do my schoolwork. It's bright, and open, and I love to look out this window, which goes from ceiling to floor, and think.
Just think.
I've tried to do my schoolwork in other parts of the house, but they just don't work as well.
Not as bright.
Not as open.
No view.
And the thinking doesn't work as well.
Which is important for schoolwork.
Our kitchen table seats eight, easy, so there's plenty of room to spread everything out. Kailen often joins me and does her schoolwork, too.
And there's enough room that I don't have to put everthing away for dinner, we just eat at the other end of the table.
Since there are only four of us at home right now.
I love my view.
