This is one of my favorite tools for deciding whether or not a food is nutritious:




































Isn't it awesome? I used to have my personal training clients take foods out of their own pantries for practice and it was always fun to see their reactions when they discovered that foods they thought were "nutritious" weren't actually that nutritious.

Another reason I like this tool is that you're able to make a more educated choice because food labels can be very confusing.

So try it out! And let me know if you find a 6 finger food. I've only found a couple.
